Identification Requirements
2 forms of identification will be required, please provide ONE from EACH of the following criteria ...

Name Verification
• Current valid, signed passport
• National ID card if not from EU Country
• Current signed FULL driving licence
• Resident permit (issued by Home Office)
• Benefit book from Benefit Agency
• Firearms Certificate
• Inland Revenue Tax Notification

Address Verification
• Recent utility bill
• Local Authorities Tax Bill
• Current UK photo card drivers licence
• Bank or Building Society Statement containing address
• Recent mortgage statement (not older than 15 months)
• Local Council rent card or rental agreement
• Benefit book from Benefit Agency (if not used as above)
